1. Download and install the latest version of the app from the official website: https://pdfexpert.com/downloads 2. Open PDF Expert. On Mac, click **PDF Expert** in the top-left menu bar and select **Sign In**. 3. Sign in using the email address provided for activation. If you have previously used your own email for a trial, please sign out first, then sign in with the provided activation email. 4. Contact customer support to request the activation link for your device. Please note that this requires manual fulfillment. We recommend completing this step between **8:00 AM and 12:00 AM** so we can send the activation link promptly. 5. If you need to activate the app on multiple devices, or if you switch to a new device in the future, repeat the steps above on each device. Each activation link is device-specific, so a separate activation link is required for each device.
