All Sales Are Final

chaocraft sells digital product keys. Once a purchase is completed and a key has been delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after payment is processed.

Invalid or Non-Working Keys

We stand behind the keys we sell. If the key you received fails to activate on Steam — meaning Steam explicitly rejects the key as invalid, already used, or region-locked — we will replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.

To qualify, you must contact our support within 7 days of purchase and provide a screenshot of the Steam error message. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.

What Is Not Covered

  • You already activated or revealed the key and it worked.
  • You purchased the wrong game or platform.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The game does not meet your personal expectations.
  • Your computer does not meet the system requirements.
  • You did not read the region or platform restrictions listed on the product page.

How to Request Support

If your key failed to activate, visit our support page and select Key Not Working as the category. Include your order ID and a screenshot of the error from Steam.
